Job Description
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls for several of the Beacon Groups business units. As a CSR you will:
Schedule appointments to maximize Value Village Thrift Store pick-up and delivery routes.
Provide information to the public about Value Village and other Beacon Group programs.
Manage our Value Village donor and contact list to ensure accuracy and reliability of the information.
Maintain daily production standards, including phone calls and appointments per hour to meet established goals.
Demonstrate and maintain awesome customer service and satisfaction.
Learn and implement new business initiatives and duties as necessary.

Qualifications: |
At least 18 years of age.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
One year of call center or related experience.
Ability to work days, evenings and some weekends.
Computer proficiency, key board and web navigation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability of communicate effectively.
Ability to work with minimal supervision & handle pressure.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Promote reliability and dependability.
