Qualifications: |
All CNA/HHA must have:
• Min 6 months acute care experience
• Current CNA License or Certification, if applicable.
• Reference contact names and numbers
• Work history with employment dates
• Current Auto Insurance
• Current Arizona Driver's License
• Current CPR, TB, Fingerprint Card (If you do not have this available, let us assist you in obtaining these)
