Duties:

The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for the supervision and coordination of clinical activities and oversight in the planning and implementation of Private Duty personal care services and nursing care to individuals and their families in the home environment. The primary responsibility of the RN Clinical Manager is to ensure that client care meets Federal/State regulations and Agency standards for documentation and clinical accountability. The RN Clinical Manager acts as liaison between caregivers, clinical field staff, client, physician, family members, and other client-appointed individuals, and reports all information to those involved in the care of the client in a timely manner. The RN Clinical Manager works with, supervises and evaluates clinical and non-clinical field staff members in the private duty planned program of care. This position is also responsible to ensure that clinical and agency updates on all current care standards are initiated and maintained and ensures staff is updated on these standards. The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for direct evaluation and oversight of all Private Duty intakes and admissions to ensure necessary skill level for each individual client is obtained. The RN Clinical Manager oversees and supervises daily staffing activities and assists all staffing coordinators to assure that they are coordinating and recording intake of all staffing requests and providing the most qualified staff for private duty clients. The RN Clinical Manager reports to the Administrator.

Qualifications:

* Responsible for the supervision and coordination of clinical activities and oversight in the planning and implementation of Private Duty personal care services and nursing care to individuals and their families in the home environment.
* Provides/ensure that client care meets Federal/State regulations and Agency standards for documentation and clinical accountability.
* Be knowledgeable of the statutory and administrative rules of State and Federal Home Care guidelines to ensure compliance within the agency.
* Min 3 year experience as a home care field nurse.
* At least 1 year of supervisory experience as an RN in a Home Care Agency.
* Current Professional RN License.
* RN Graduate of an approved school of nursing, or higher degree.
* Current CPR, TB, Fingerprint Card (If you do not have these available, let us assist you in obtaining these).
